Characteristic species include Angophora leiocarpa, Eucalyptus latisinensis, E. siderophloia, E. exserta, Corymbia intermedia, C. trachyphloia, Lophostemon suaveolens, Melaleuca viridiflora, M. quinquenervia, M. nodosa and Grevillea banksii. Patches of Allocasuarina luehmannii or Banksia robur present locally and Xanthorrhoea johnsonii common in ground layer. Occurs on complex of remnant Tertiary surfaces and Tertiary sedimentary rocks.
The remaining 20% is 12.3.12 which is Melaleuca viridiflora, Eucalyptus latisinensis or E. exserta +/- Melaleuca quinquenervia, Corymbia intermedia, E. tereticornis woodland to low open-woodland. Occurs on drainage lines along coastal lowlands.
At either corner of the 200m front boundary are transformers so the expense to connect electricity will be minimal. Phone line on road reserve with ADSL broadband available. Post is delivered five days a week.
The facilities of Baffle Creek are 12kms away with general store, tavern, postal agency, rural supplies and bottle shop. A kiosk in a nearby caravan park is only 3km away. There is also a boat ramp here and 2 km down the creek.
