Vegetation management shows predominantly light pink (Remnant endangered sub-dominant) with only the two front corners being white (Non-remnant), more specifically 80% is Eucalyptus portuensis or E. acmenoides, Corymbia trachyphloia open forest on Mesozoic to Proterozoic igneous rocks which is not of concern. 10% is Eucalyptus tereticornis woodland to open forest on alluvial plains which is endangered. 5% is Eucalyptus moluccana open forest on Mesozoic to Proterozoic igneous rocks which is of concern. 5% Corymbia citriodora, Eucalyptus crebra open forest on Mesozoic to Proterozoic igneous rocks which is not of concern.
This property has good mobile phone coverage. All the facilities of Baffle Creek including shops, tavern, golf course & boat ramps are approx 18 km. School bus service runs past the front of the property, mail service 5 days a week and bitumen road frontage. Mains power with transformer and phone on road reserve.
