The front third of the property has been zoned aqua with a regional ecosystem of 12.11.6 being Open-forest to woodland of Corymbia citriodora generally with Eucalyptus crebra. Other species such as Eucalyptus fibrosa subsp. fibrosa, E. exserta, E. tereticornis, E. moluccana, E. melanophloia, Angophora leiocarpa may be present in scattered patches or in low densities. Understorey grassy or shrubby. Occurs on Paleozoic and older moderately to strongly deformed and metamorphosed sediments and interbedded volcanics being not of concern.
The majority of the property is zoned light pink which is subdominantly remnant endangered ecosystem. At the rear is a small section of pale orange which is sub-dominantly remnant of concern vegetation.
Regional ecosystems in this area are 80% 12.12.11 which is Eucalyptus portuensis or E. acmenoides, Corymbia trachyphloia open-forest and woodland ± E. crebra, C. intermedia, E. exserta and Angophora leiocarpa. Lophostemon confertus ( whipstick form ) often present in understorey and in gullies. Occurs on hillsides on Mesozoic to Proterozoic igneous rocks being not of concern.

5% 12.12.28 which is Eucalyptus moluccana open forest on Mesozoic to Proterozoic igneous rocks being of concern.
