This magical holiday destination, has accommodation for up to 6 people, bring your friends or great for the large family. The bottom floor is fully self contained accommodation. Housing 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, carport and outdoor BBQ for entertaining, or cooking the catch of the day. Rain water is provided but showers must be limited, to ensure supply will last. Fully furnished all you need to bring is the linen and the rods.
Enjoy the sunsets on the verandah over looking the ocean, during off peak times you would have this nearly all to yourself.
Imagine strolling down the beach from your holiday house, seeing the great Turtles emerge from the sea to lay their eggs, or maybe catching a glimpse of the babies returning to the ocean.
Baffle Creek itself is home to many species of fish including: Queenfish; Tailor; Trevally; Salmon; Grunter; Bream; Whiting; Flathead; Mangrove Jack; Moses Perch; Estuary Cod; Barramundi and various species of shark.
The shops at Baffle Creek are approx. 10 mins drive. The City of Bundaberg is an hour away. .
This is one of the most northerly surf beaches on the east coast of Australia.
Access to town of Agnes Water/1770 is either 45 mins by road or 40 km through the Deepwater National Park by 4WD. The area abounds in wildlife, fishing and crabbing with a sealed boat ramp 5 mins away. Driving is permitted for 12 km on the beach with access to Deepwater Estuary to the north and the Baffle estuary to the south. Fingers Reef a few kilometers offshore, provides some of the best fishing around.
This is one of only two beach front accommodations in the area, so be quick to book for your next holiday.
Off peak rates are available, a minimum of 5 nights stay is required. Weekly price is a 5 day week. Discounts may be available for advanced long term bookings. A security deposit of $200 is required, refundable upon departure.
